If the two of you agreed to this fight beforehand, great. I apologise for making any assumptions. The point you are missing though...and the reason he was being healed...is that not allowing someone to be DP'd is OOC'ly polite. It saves the person from risking losing xp, or wasting a raise scroll. It saves the person the trouble of sorting their gear and their quickslots. No one enjoys being DP'd. This rp universe isn't warm and fuzzy but we can at least respect and be nice to each other OOC'ly.

Often enough dropping someone to bleeding once is enough to prove your point. It screams "I could have killed you." I would suggest, next time work out a plan with the Zerai ahead of time. Send a tell that says "If I drop you stay down even if you are healed until I make my smug comments and one of us leaves."

And when Tholoth, Trinity, Psye, Arkon and I say excessive amounts of CvC should be avoided because it gets old, we are speaking from experience. It might be fun for you and a few other people, but we have seen it drive people off the server in the past.

I have spoken to deskmerc about this and set a few rules to stop the circular whining. Ruling made - discussion over.
