Okay. Not sure that's ever worked. I'll take a look and see if I can see the problem, tried to figure out how the inn system worked a fortnight or so ago so I might manage.

Sword of the North used to have drinks for sale, too, I've bought hundreds of them there for FOIG purposes. They didn't stack, oddly.

Sword of the North Inn still has drinks for sale. Innkeeper and Bartender are different NPCs.

I'll take a look at the Ironforge Inn as well.

Bebur Bruntiamen, Hangate Inn, is still broken and requesting bug reports be filed.
