Ok, there's a slim chance of me making this meet, if it actually happens but it's already March 7th and there hasn't been any descision made on where this meet is going to be at in DC.... not to my knowelege at least.
Why I may not make it:
My b/f baught a house and we'll most likely be moving into it sometime after the 14th so I'll most likely be too busy with that and decorating. Another reason I may not make it is because my mother's birthday falls on that day (April 1st) and I'm kinda planning a small party for her.
Bah, where will this meet will take place in DC? There hasn't been a descision made on this yet which is one other reason I'll probably not go. It's always good to know where things will take place ahead of time, not at the last moment so I'm kinda not thinking about this as much as I did when it was brought up months ago.
People have suggested places though and they all sounded fine to me.
Ok, since we have a mixture of ages coming to this, my suggestion is for us all to meet up in Anne Arundel Mall at the DuClaws restuarant. They have a bar for those old enough. I'll talk to my wife as well and see about some possible other ideas. Depending on the time of day we decide to do this meet, there are other alternatives as well, such as meeting up somewhere and doing the Monument tours and such.
DuClaws is a nice restuarant with some decent prices, and since it is actually outside of DC and Close to BWI Airport, it's prices for hotels and such are usually cheaper as well. Just an idea/thought.

Whats the rule on bringing significant others to these meetings?
I'm passing the idea by my wife but me going off alone to meet some 'friends' from the internet (especially considering she's seen some of the avatars) isn't flying too well with her at the moment.
If I invite her to come she'll either laugh at me, call me a loser and tell me not to get anyone pregnant OR take me up on my offer.

It's open to everyone AFAIK. I certainly don't have any objections and I believe Traces and Princess of Justice are bringing their significant others too? (at least if Traces makes it at all)
