Broken Transition...leaves you stuck.

The transition on the stairs on the second floor, leading to the first floor in:

Har'oloth, Che'eld'lil llythiiri, M'elzar Magthere, Drada Shinduago

is broken. This leaves you stuck on the second floor with no way out.
