Timestamp on when it happened: Probably irrelevant
Frequency of occurance: Every time

At the bottom-middle of the map, the Southward transition does not work.

That transition no longer exists due to that city being IC'ly destroyed quite some time ago, with the only current drow city being on Ysgard
