On Telepathic Communication

Telepathic communication, whether it be class given or racial, can ONLY occur with the approval of the receiving party and ONLY if their character is ICly emotionally close with yours AS WELL AS within 20 feet of the character they are communicating with.

Furthermore, Telepathic communication can only be conducted during times of rest as any physical or mental activity denies the recipient the ability to receive the mental message.

This rule goes into effect as of now.

Just to make it clear..if anyone wishes to perform this act please ask the pc you wish to to perform Telepathy on if they will accept it....do not send a message and say if you wish to recognize this they can...to avoid any metagaming.
If they do accept willingly then you can send the message.

Now with the introduction of the new language system there is a language called Psion. This language will now be the ONLY prescribed method for secret communication for Psions. This will take the place of all previous rulings about Telepathic Communication. The Psion language will now be consider the new Telepathic/empathic communcation.

No more Telepathic Tells will be permitted in any way shape or form.
