Basically CL-4.
As that post says it does not affect the number of prayers known but it DOES affect the power of at least some of them. Jay's Darkfire, Magic Vestment, and Spell Resistance are all CL-4 power. Greater Magic Weapon seems to be back to maximum though.
Also Miltant Bonuses although implemented on Hala now are not implemented the same as on Avlis. Only difference I can think of is that Legion's Shield of Faith doesn't get boosted but there might be others.
Aura against Allignment gives a far more powerful damage shield on Hala than on Avlis.
Gate is a single creature based on allignment rather than bringing up a menu as on Avlis or Arkaz, which means that it can be cast in combat but that is because you don't have the choice to make.
