You're perfectly right. All the worlds listed on the CoPaP webpage are linked in some fashion to at least one other world. Plans are in progress so that all these individual groups of servers will be soon linked up again.
Each time Hades has linked, I've said who it has linked to. But I will not give out the location in game where a server portal is, and I won't say who the links are planned with until they are finished and in place.
So, just wait and be patient.
