Questions for the team and only the team

Is there a way we can ask the team about rules and rulings with out anyone being able to respond but the team,as you have rulings locked.I have a few questions that I'd like to ask the team with it being spammed with everyones 2 cents,so I can get a clear answer on things,and also wish to have it posted so that everyone can see it.
