Hala Meet - April 1st

It was great meeting you guys and gals. I had a blast! It was definitely worth the sore butt from the long drive (quiet, Sam and Shannon). I'm glad you all came out for this thing. Thank you, Sam, for letting me crash at your place. It was greatly appreciated.

I was going to post in the raves forum, but since Andrew started this thread i thought i would go ahead and post.

Just wanted to let everyone know that having gone to the meet, I can tell you we have some really AWSOME people here on hala. Especially the newer members that came Seamus and his wife Aria who are really nice people (still havent met his wife in game). But yeah really awsome people glad i had the privledge to meet you all!

I had wrist surgery this past Wedensday and Seamus has been taking care of me. It was really great to meet you all and I hope to be on soon, but trying to type and move a stiff left wrist is hard.

So pissed I couldn't make it...one of my co-workers had a death in the family so I ended up working his shifts and mine and couldn't make it. On the bright side I live in the DC area so I can still arrange some way to meet Sam and others here.

I would've like to have made this meet too but I ended up having to pack bunches of boxes up so my other half could take them over to our new house when he got off work but dang, I sure would've liked to have been able to bake some goods to bring..... mmm, homemade cookies.

...yup, I was kinda thinking about doing a little something sometime since I live about an hour drive away from DC at end of summer or whenever I'm good n' settled from after having a lil' baby ^^
