the background kinda reminds me of the game Toejam & Earl when you go into the elevators to get to a different place. and the thing she swings around... looks like a vegetable of some sort (?)

Well, that song is Levan Polkka by Loituma. It's Finnish!

Juxtaposed with Japanese anime cuteness it makes for an addicting looped cocktail that will slowly take over the world.
