I have noticed that some creatures that use web effects have a permanent, negative impact on my character's armor class.
The Ettercap in the underground river use a single target web spell that can hold a character in place. When my character is his by this effect, his dex is decreased from 12 down to 3, so his AC decreases by 5 (from a +1 bonus, to a -4 penalty.) When the web effect goes away, my character's dex returns to 12, but his AC stays at the lowered value. The only way I have found to fix this is to relog.

Not a real good fix but if you have something equiped to buff dex, equip it again and it should fix. Such things happened to me and i noticed all my dex skills would be low despite my dex good when i'd die on Avlis but had a plot dex amulet equiped. so in the death plane of choice i re-equip and it fixed. Could be a temp fix now.

I don't have anything equipped that increases my dex. I've tried taking off everything that adds to my AC and reequipping it, but that does not help. When I take all of my armor off, I have a base AC of 6 (which is consistant with the -4 dex penalty).
Maybe if I buy a lesser belt of agility, I can equip it afterwords to see if it forces the dex bonus to recompute. It's a possibility.
