Tailor bug

Ysgard, Bastion shops, Jord's Armory, the male tailor won't change the appearance of clothing with DR (didn't try the female). I tried both adventurer's robes and a monk's robe that were +1/soak 5, and kept getting a base AC error, which is not the issue, since they and the tailor were all at base AC zero.
