Mass Charm Spell

I've tested casting Mass Charm on creatures that I know are not immune to mind spells, and have a low will save. Whether I'm visible or not, targeting the spell to the floor or to a creature (and they're all bunched together so it's not that they aren't on the area) the spell doesn't even work, the creatures won't even get a save and it does nothing.

Just tried it on a single character, a dire werewolf, and it didn't even show him making his save, but Lily herslef got charmed.. :/ And I know those aren't immune to mind spells.
