My apologies for this not being announced ahead of time.
We have reason to believe that at least one stick of RAM on the server computer is bad, and since this time of day appears to be the least active, I have taken the server offline temporarily to run memory tests.
The server will be back up roughly around 1:15pm to 1:30pm Eastern Standard Time.

Just an FYI if you hadn't noticed already, the servers have been back up for some time now.
I verified that the RAM is bad and the server has been up since around 12:30pm EST.
System currently has 512megs of PC2700 configured in dual channel mode. 1gig of PC3200 is on order and will arrive mid-week next week at the latest.
Until then, playing should be fine. The only thing I'd be concerned about is item loss on a persistent chest if you are moving massive amounts of items in and out during a major server crash.
