Death bug?

I died in in the new Nantes goblin lair (yeah that bugged me but thats not what this is about

) I respawned and lost xp and a level, shortly there after I was told that you should no longer lose a level when you respawn.

I looked back at the record and it showed that I lost xp twice , right in a row when I left the death plane ,the first time for 422 and the second for 253. I think I was down about 253 from level when I looked but am not 100% certain.

Area of Bug Exploit N/A
NPCs involved Goblin Cheiftain but dont think it matters
Chests involved N/A
Timestamp on when it happened about 17:30 Mountain Time
Frequency of occurance. Every time you die

So you were told you would not delevel? How would that work then? just loss of xp down to the point at which you had just leveled? I have always worried about just leveling in some place and then getting killed and it looking like im releveling to get rerolls or such. But if your not supposed to delevel then whew.

As far as I am aware, this is a current bug that has gone unsolved. It's happened to me before. Since it is a bug, you may be able to get a DM to restore this XP lost to you to your level, but don't take my word on it. The Hala team will make all final decisions regarding any sort of compensation that they find necessary.
