Sphere of Ultimate Destruction

According to the spells description this should be doing 1d6 points of damage per caster level per hit with a will save for 1/3 of the damage.

For Sara, that should be 26d6 (which, to be honest, seems like a LOT), so a minimum of 26 points or 8 points on a save.

I tried this spell out on a few creatures...spiders, scorpions and bandits. Nothing with significant DR. Every time it did hit (which wasnt that often), it only hit for 6 or 7 points. No more, no less, except for one critical that did 13. If this isn't a bug it is pretty sad compared to Gate or Black Blade of Disaster

I gave this spell a shot again today and on the rare occasion it hit, it didnt do any damage at all.
