Talks that may or may not have anything to do with Hala or NWN

Character head question.

Post by Mabus »

I'm just curious, but is there a way to obtain a particular head for your character which isn't offered on the character creation screen?

ie. I created a character in my toolset of a PnP character I have, and recreated him and his looks on the game, although the only thing missing is his rightful head, which wasn't an option. It is elsewhere, just not in the character creation.

Here's his pic from my toolset:

Thanks.

There's a bunch of overrides for the CEP heads so that they will show up at character creation. I suspect you'll find if you put these in, you'll have more options at character creation time:

I suppose that will not help an already created character, though.

I actually installed this hak and it didn't change the allowable heads. I can use them in my toolset, but not in character creation for Hala.

To see something in your character creation, you have to put it in your override folder. Note, Override is local only. Other players will not see them unless they also have those models. However, if the ones you're putting in your override folder are already in the CEP, that'll work fine.

Isn't that the same head Wyland uses?
