Character in selection list not mine

I logged into Hala at 10:00pm central time April 4th and there was a character in my selection window that was not mine. It's name is Sirl Aaroth, a 6 cleric/1 outsider/7 fighter, and is a tiefling.

My gamespy is shaft1
my character name is Jenai Stronghold.

I had problems earlier portaling to and from Hades. Upon portaling into Hades I had equipment in my inventory that was from an old bic file. I immediately trashed all of it. When I portaled back to ysgard I froze up and the right window was showing someone attacking Sirl Aaroth over and over again. I logged off and relogged into Ysgard. I was in a hurry and didn't notice if Sirl Aaroth was in my selection. The freeze up cleared up but the attacks on Sirl Aaroth messages in the right window continued till I portaled to Hala. I logged off a little while later, and logged back in at 10 pm central time and noticed Sirl Aaroth was in my character selection screen.
