stuff missing in stuff reload after death

Type of Bug/Exploit: script
Area of Bug Exploit (be as specific as possible): Sagrin Jelf Road, Underground Ruins
NPCs involved (Be as specific as possible): none
Chests involved: none
Timestamp on when it happened: roughly 8 pm EST 9/11
Frequency of occurance: haven't tried to repeat it

Inventory was full of crafting stuff; died during AIJ's event & was rezzed, and after touching body to reload, a lot of stuff dropped on the ground. Burnt crafting stuff to get room to pick up more stuff, but some was still missing, not sure what except a periapt of wisdom +2 that was kind'a special, having been given by Scel as a badge of achievement at school. Asked party if anyone had picked it up, no one who replied had. (Asking DM's help was right out, as he was busy with an event, and in any case I've promised not to whine in his direction again, after getting yelled at for it once.)

Only preventative I can see is to try to make sure that an inventory screen is empty at all times; would be good if this could be fixed though, since I didn't know it was a problem 'til it happened, and I expect other people don't either.

I'd picked up the wisdom ammy for Egil and gave it back, so that at least is taken care of/explained.

No truth to the rumor that Lexy is jealous that Scel gave Egil one, too!

I too have had a problem with a bunch of my stuff

Chests involved: Only one, filled with stuff
Timestamp on when it happened: Hour ST:UFF, EST.
Frequency of occurance: Every time this stuff is in this place

See, whenever I take my character (who always carries at least two pages full of stuff) into this place with a whole load of other stuff, all this STUFF happens like whoa like crazy and stuff goes flyin' and stuff gets in my eyes and my game crashes and when I come back there's stuff everywhere. I just don't understand it one bit. 8(
