Epic monks have (cool) glowing eyes.
I have a question about it.
What happens when a monk shapeshifts either through a magic spell or magical ability, like a changeling?
If an epic monk whos eyes are glowing changes forms are we to RP that their eyes continue to glow in whatever form they take? Since I would guess the glowing eyes come from being near supernatural and thats an internal thing/ki and not dependent on the persons outter body or shell?

That last explanation is sound (that there is some internal ki thing going on). The monk eye glow is best handled by "what you see is what you get." There will be forms where the eyes don't glow and some where they will continue to glow.
Why does this happen? One can only make hypotheses. And I bet some characters could make up some amusing ones if they tried.
