You should read the unedited version they published after his death. It was thought too controversial for the time he originally wrote it so they cut a whole lot of it. If you read it 30 years ago it was probably the edited version. The original manuscript is much better.

...Miellyana's name come from a character I have on a custom server, Miellyn. Where that one comes from.. my head..does it exist in RL? No idea.

...Miellyana's mother is a Moon Elf.

...Miellyana's dad was once a guard in Nagritch but is now retired due to a wound he got while in duty.

...Miellyana is really scared of water, but is getting over that now, thanks to Teron.
