Keep getting jailed in Nagritch

Type of Bug/Exploit : Guards approach me and say I'm banned from Nagritch
Area of Bug Exploit (be as specific as possible) :Docks of Nagritch
NPCs involved (Be as specific as possible) : Guards of the city
Chests involved : None
Timestamp on when it happened : Anytime I got through the docks area
Frequency of occurance : When I go through the docks area

This only happens to my character Peter Andar. Peter has not done anything IC to suddenly get the guards mad at him. I was not wearing my hood or carrying any weapons when suddenly last Friday, I was thrown in jail and then again today. My gamespy id is Tremayne7. Aria is fine there is not a bug on her. Can this be fixed?

Is there any way for this to be fixed? I'd just like to know one way or the other. Should this be under character restore requests? Just asking so that if so, I can put this in the proper thread.
