I have a question regarding PrC requests. Well; maybe a few actually ...
Will a request always be answered yes or no? Or will it be answered only if the answer is a yes; and if no answer is given then take that as the request was declined? Or; if no answer is given - does that mean that the request is still under debate? Is there a 'normal' time in which it takes for a debate on allowing or disallowing a PrC to be concluded?

PRC requests are almost always answered but often it takes a lot of time for us to come to a decision. If your request hasn't been answered, it usually means that the request is still under debate and/or your character is being watched to see if your IC actions merit the PRC. (ie if you requested Blackguard, we might watch for a while until you are deemed sufficiently evil
