Druids & Offworld

Post by Mabus »

Couple questions about a druid taking a trip offworld:

1) Will they still retain their "tamed" pet?

2) If their pet dies while offworld will it be lost until return, being we need to restore them to keep them from being a "ghost" when we recall them? Or are they subject to that world's laws?

1) Tamed companions are kept on a local copap world's database, or something, and this information doesn't transfer upon entering another world. When you return to the world you tamed it on, you will have that pet back.

Of course if you just can't decide on companions, you can always keep different types on each world :D

2) Subject to that world's laws, as explained above. You cant take the companion across worlds.

So glad you all ask questions here where I can reply

So other worlds share the same steps to get new companions then?

Interesting question. They are similar, yes. Not all worlds may have the same system. Try it and see!
