Time Zones and DST?

Have some folk changed their time now? Are things still when I think they are? or are they an hour earlier?

Americans are on their summer time. British Summer time starts on the 28th. Clarity is using GMT as that doesn't move.

I use GMT/UTC and have it set on my phone, along with a few other well used timezones.

Canada did too. So let's say North America did change time. =)
Europe will in 2 weeks, if I'm not mistaken?

So yep, GMT never moves and makes it easier at all times, DST or not! :D
