invalid character

when trying to portal to Hala from Arkaz for the first time from since I created this character I got this error

Invalid character - player login refused. You are not allowed to use that character.

his details are

class rogue3 outsider1 wizard4, Tielfing named Piriarn 'LeNir

NOTE- the character in the vault with a similar name (Piriarn 'Le Nir) was a test and is NOT the character I play as you can see from the fact they have no gear and no XP

my GS is Piriarn

Most likely the other character in the vault with the similar name is causing the issue. When I get home sometime tommorrow I will take a look then.

Issue appears to be Arkaz side, and I have sent instruction to them as to how to fix the problem. Just waiting for it to get done.

one of my characters receives the same invalid character message.she was started in ysgard and had taken airship to hala after a lengthy meeting with other characters.two things i thought might be the problem:(1)a character recently deleted from my vault had similar name-naomi tammarro should be the active one,naomi tommaro was a one-night test only in mirtho rest and mirtho rest road;(2)before the current character was successfully started,i attempted unsuccessfully attempted to make her a custom character,but was foiled by the current problem with the customizer.if the character must be deleted,i understand,but i would like to continue using the current,ysgard-born character if possible.thank you.

please delete the character discussed in the previous message whenever it may be convenient for the DMs.thank you
