Ysgard database bugged?

Ysgard database bugged?
Logged in today, was in start area, instead of previous location. Minya inn not operational (see previous bug report). Trying to use sewing kit and gem cutting chisel returned the messages "You do not have enough skill to use this." which suggests to me that the database storing skill levels may be missing. Checking this with the trade skill journal reports that Soleis has 0 points in all skills.
If the database handles inter-world server transitions, then I do believe there's an issue.
Where: Golden Lady: Cabin(Transition from Hala to Ysgard).
When: Approximately 11:00 A.M. Eastern.
Summary: Tried to transition from Hala to Ysgard. Received the appropriate server message, but the character didn't transition.
No error message was received via the server window, and further attempts were met with the same thing.
