2. Summary of involvement(this doesn't need to be an essay, but a general outline of things done during the event would be nice!)
3. Approximate guess on number of events attended(I don't expect everyone to remember everything, but if you did participate in a few, throw a number out there!)
4. The private message's title should include, "Nithhogr." If it doesn't, it might get lost in my inbox!
