hak needed,please

this past thursday night,frieda finally managed to attend a tower meeting for the first time in a long while.eagerly she set out to adventure with her friends in jotunheim,but upon entering that plane,i crashed.repeated attempts got the same result:whenever frieda tried to cross the threshhol into jotunheim...Crash!akai advised that i am probably missing a hak.does anyone know which one,and how i can obtain it?i have a very upset little hin on my hands
