needing a favour

having problems with autobic (not on hala). Once it has edited the file, it no longer seems to save local int's on the character. Is this something you've encountered, and if so, did you find a fix?

This is the favour part. If you have a fixed version of the java program not the 2da's or anything else that is specific to hala, would you be willing to let me have a copy? Pulling my hair out with this one, and don't have the skills with java to fix it

What version of it are you using? The latest was b9 but wasn't widely stated, although that in itself is still over a year old. I'd speak to Teleri, but she always seems rather busy. Are you running this on Windows or Linux Sable?

I've done most of the work to get over the case issue on the 2da tables, just stuck on the variables. Pretty sure I have 9 as I didn't DL it till about september last year.

How did you actually get around the case issue? I think Teleri has editied the Watcher to ignore case, but I'm curious how you did it...

erm... ouch. I have 603 in my folder and it doesn't want all of them in upper case...

I know... it was a long and painful process and involved a lot of log watching to see when a file had a case problem.

The problem with this is that if a new COPAP Hak comes out, you'll find yourself doing it all over again, which is why I am looking to fix the problem at the source. I'll see if Teleri has a fix for it...

Annoyingly, no, I'm trying to find the page again now (it was some sort of guild l404 forum on the Bioware forums) but I can't find the damn thing...
