Confused by technology...which is rare...

So when I try to log into Ysgard, it says I should be on Hala. Which is fine, except I tried to log onto Hala to resolve the issue and it says I should be on Ysgard! What is going on...?

Ignore the "should be" message unless you are dominated and can not move, in which case try the other server. If you are dominated on both servers, wait an hour then pick one. If waiting an hour does not fix it, post asking for DM help.
