Unplanned Downtime: Phoenix shutdown unexpectedly **Fixed**

Phoenix, our database server, was off when I looked down just now. I'm attempting to restart and diagnose. Please be patient while I work on getting everything back online.

Well that was special... Comcast modem crashed while I was working on this too! :x

Working on bringing things back online now.
