Non combat spells

I was wondering if Rangers also have those Non combat spells, like druids have scrying and mages have teleportation.

If so what is it, and how do i do it.

can't you give a little hint if it is under spells or something... i don't know were to look or start. I recently found out that there are non combat spells.

I find out that you need a wand but there is no wand for rangers.
