How do I find the temple of odin, coming from nagritch ?

Ask around in game. Its a bit of a walk but you should be able to get some directions or perhaps even a guide.
Grovel puts the P in swimming pool.

Your best bet would be to either make an In Character post in one of the taverns, or to ask someone IG.
