I know for a long time the Mino quest was bugged, and the chief didn't drop a horn when you defeated him. I know it was fixed recently as I've seen people complete the quest, and I've been with people when they did it.
We went down into the mino caves today and killed the Chief. He did not drop the horn. There were no remains at all from him when he died. Has this bug creeped back in? Is something else going on? Either way, I thought I should mention it.
