Game spy id- help please

I was wondering if it is possible for one of the team to get my game spy id? My old pc is kinds dead and I cant remember my details.

If not am I able to have my characters transfered to a new account?

If you give us the name of the character, it's a simple enough find in the database.

I managed to pull my old install off the dead pc and move it onto my new one
