Other then the transparent log-in menus (which are a minor pain if the MasterServer is acting up), I LOVE LOVE LOVE all of the visual color changes and transparent stuff! It has really given NWN a "fresh" feel to the player interface for me.
As an override, just keep track of the file name and remove them if you don't like it. Or, however you best keep track of files for yourself.
