We recommend using "Power's Irish Whiskey." It is sooooo good in this recipe! Its a little more expensive then some, but you still spend way less then the pre-mixed stuff!
Bailey's Irish Cream
1 Cup Light Cream (or half & half)
1 (14 oz) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
2/3 - 1.2/3 Cup Irish Whiskey (depending on how strong you like it)
1 teaspoon instant coffee (My favorite flavor is Hazelnut)
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon almond extract
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend at high speed for 30 seconds. Place in a tightly sealed bottle and refrigerate. (In the Summer we go ahead and blend in several handfuls of ice cubes so its COLD!)
Shake well before serving if you let it sit.
