Is there an update on this? Has it been fixed or is it still broken?

I have not had any problems (this morning) with portaling to/from Arkaz or to/from Hala/Ysgard.

I do not know if others are still experiencing any problems.

Reports of to/from Ysgard/Avlis also seem to be working as intended. 8)
