It sounded from the dialog he should have a quest or (five) available, or info pointing to the starting NPC for those quests, but there isn't actually any info given, even after you 'accept' the job. If it's for RP, I guess that's OK, though it is a bit confusing.. but if it's not intended, I thought you should know.
